FR1 – SEMINAR: Re-setting Your Taste Buds:
How the Components of Food and Wine Interact

Learn how food and wine elements like acidity, fruitiness,
sweetness, astringency, bitterness, and dominant flavors and spices can
either match or fight each other. You will learn tasting methodology
that will help you match foods and wines.

FR3 – An Intimate Riedel Tasting Event with Maximilian Riedel

generation of the Riedel family, Maximilian Riedel, brings the magic of his
unique varietals specific glassware to this exclusive intimate Riedel Glass
tasting event. Don’t miss an opportunity to learn and understand the nuances
and subtleties that the right glassware has on your perception of fine wine.
Maximilian will lead us through an educational seminar which will change the
way you think about wine forever! There is limited seating at this event so
please purchase your tickets early. Each guest attending this event will go
home with a first hand Riedel experience and the beautiful selection of Vitis
glasses used at the tasting.
