  • 11:00am-12:00pm | Taste the State| A How-to Guide! Dive into the vibrant world of Colorado wines with “Taste the State: A How-To Guide to Tasting and Touring Through the Colorado Wine Scene” at the Colorado Mountain Winefest. In this one-hour seminar, we’ll start with the basics, perfect for both newcomers and enthusiasts looking to deepen their understanding of Colorado wine!
  • 12:00pm-1:15pm | Sushi & Wine Paring: Watch talented No Coast Sushi Chef, Joshua Roberts as he creates exquisite dishes, sharing culinary secrets and tips. See how these dishes are perfectly paired with wines from our local vineyards.
  • 1:15pm-2:15pm | Sips & Chips: Pairing wines with chips has always been a favorite combination for sommeliers worldwide. Salt, flavor, and fried crispiness combine with the natural freshness of Colorado wines and ciders for a delicious and easy pairing.
  • 2:15pm-3:30pm | Wine Cocktails | Sangria and Spritz’s are just the beginning of wine’s versatility in cocktails. From wine punch to Mojitos, we’ll explore fun and fresh wine cocktails for your next occasion.
  • 3:30pm-4:45pm | High Altitude Hybrids: Join us for an enlightening session at Colorado Mountain Winefest where we delve into the fascinating world of cold hardy cultivars. This seminar, led by the state’s viticulture extension specialist and viticulture & enology professor from CMU Tech, will explore the unique characteristics and growing regions (AVAs) of these resilient grape varieties. Attendees will enjoy a tasting of carefully selected white, red, and rosé wines, all crafted from these robust hybrids. Discover how these grapes thrive in Colorado’s climate and contribute to exceptional wines.
