Meet the Merlin at Talon Wines

In celebration of Colorado Wine Week, join us at the winery for a special chance to meet Hazel, a merlin falcon, and speak with Talon Wines’ founder and CEO Glenn Foster about the art of falconry and his passion for birds of prey: the inspiration behind our name.

Hazel and Glenn will be at the winery from 2 to 5 PM for this drop-in event. Stop by anytime to see a merlin up close, ask questions, and learn more about Glenn’s journey from falconry to wine.
