Last year, we invited a few of our favorite chefs to Palisade Three Chefs, Two Nights, One Epic Feast over Wine Fest weekend and the response was overwhelming. This year, we’re doing it again—only bigger.
Join us Friday, September 18 or Saturday, September 19 for The Big Dinner—our annual celebration where incredible food, carefully chosen wine and great company come together for an unforgettable evening.
This year’s lineup features FOUR of Colorado’s most exciting chefs:

Miles Odell — Odell’s Bagel & Florence Supper Club
Bo Porytko — Molotov Kitchen + Cocktails
Travis Masar — Pig & Tiger
Each chef will create a course inspired by the season, with every dish thoughtfully paired with wines from The Ordinary Fellow. Different styles. Different stories. One incredible meal.
Yes, the food will be exceptional. Yes, the wines will be flowing. But if you know us, you know we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We know the recipe for a great night includes fun and laughter.
We’re offering two menu options: The Big Dinner, just as the chefs imagine it and The Big Plant-Based Dinner, thoughtfully reimagined. Both include the full multicourse dinner and wine pairings.
