Dine in the Vines with Carboy Winery
Carboy Winery invites you to dine in a picturesque setting amongst our estate vineyards with Mount Garfield as the backdrop. Carboy Winery’s head chef, Scott Hybbeneth, will prepare a five-course gourmet dinner and wine pairing with our own Carboy sparkling and still wines. Live music will be provided by Sean Moon. Colorado Mini Wine Festival Hosted at The Ordinary Fellow!
The Ordinary Fellow will be hosting other Colorado wineries from across the state at their location for a casual social event and tasting with the winemakers. Chat with Ben Parsons of The Ordinary Fellow, John Sutcliffe of Sutcliffe Vineyards, Joe Buckel of Buckel Family Wine and Steve Steese of The Storm Cellar. Customers will be able to taste and purchase wine from all wineries attending. Le Snack Palisade will be on-site serving their summer menu to pair with your Colorado sips. DJ Tonic will be spinning records and Rocky Mountain IV will be there in case you had a little too much fun on Saturday. This event is open to the public.
